  • Elowyn J. Samadhi, PhD, SEP

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY32361, PSY.0006427), psychedelic therapist, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). In addition to my work at Tethered Healing, I also work at Sage Integrative Health, a Bay Area holistic psychedelic clinic. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in relational depth work, psychedelic-assisted therapies, Somatic Experiencing, and numerous evidence-based PTSD interventions. I find deep meaning from and prefer doing Shadow Work with people. I offer individual therapy in Colorado and work best with adults age 30 and older who are ready and willing to do deep, excavating work.

I prioritize working from a decolonized framework and after a decade of clinical work, I believe mind-body-spirit integration is the path to wholeness. I am a proponent of both naturopathic and allopathic healing approaches. I am very committed to my own personal growth, healing, and development, as it allows me to continuously deepen how I work with people. I regularly take time for personal retreat and prioritize a balanced life.

In addition to my work with my clients, I enjoy homesteading, doing vipassana meditation and sadhana, hiking in the Rocky Mountains, sketching, and painting. I love reading historical non-fiction and way too many books on consciousness and spirituality. I also dabble with herbalism and enjoy wildcrafting and make my own tea blends. The bedrock of my spiritual path is pluralistic, tantric, animistic, and pagan.
